What data is processed by the Owner?

The Owner processes the personal data provided by the user/data subject and related to the same (even in the case of individuals acting as sole traders, small entrepreneurs, or professionals) through contact with the Owner, data not included in the special categories of personal data as listed in Article 9 GDPR, or personal data of their employees, agents, representatives, or collaborators (“Data”), in accordance with GDPR provisions.

Purpose of the processing

The processing of personal data is carried out to allow Moda Srl to provide the user with the information and/or services requested through the website, to evaluate unsolicited job applications sent by the user, as well as to contact the user.

Processing characteristics

Providing the requested data is optional; failure to provide such data will prevent Moda Srl from providing the requested services and/or information to the user.
